you. I strive to provide exercises that will help strengthen you weak areas, stretch muscles that hold tension, restricting proper body mechanics so you can move more freely in your body.
If you have a home gym and would like personal assistance on how to best utilize your home equipment, I am happy to assist you. While in your space, I will teach you how to get your heart rate going, strengthen your core, correct balance issues and more.
